I (Valkaria) retain all artistic copyrights to post and use commissioned artwork unless otherwise discussed. Terms generally vary for commissions with commercial use.

By commissioning me, you consent to your commission being completed on stream. If you would like your commission to be private (i.e. completed off stream and not posted immediately upon completion), an additional charge may be included.

Unless discussed prior, all commissions are for personal use. Please include in your initial request if you are commissioning a piece for commercial use. Commercial commissions will incur additional charges.

Commercial use commissions will give you full rights to monetize the commission yourself (i.e. merchandise production, use as an incentive for paywalled content [including but not limited to, Patreon, Fansly, etc.]), and rights for commercial use are generally equal to the original commission price.

Commercial use for streaming purposes only is already included in pricing for emotes. If you would like to use emote art for merchandise, an additional fee will be determined.

Artwork must be credited to me when posted or otherwise used.

I do not consent to my artwork being used for AI learning or NFT purposes.

Characters may be simplified for some commission types (particularly emotes). Please be sure to note any details that must be included in your original request.

I am allowed to decline any commission requests and commissions are not accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All sales are final - refunds are generally not issued after payment has been received.

Payments will be made through Paypal invoice. Prices and payments are in $USD. I allow payments in halves as well as full payment up front. For particularly large projects, I may request a deposit prior to beginning the sketch process. This deposit will be credited directly towards the total amount invoiced.

Requests that are not submitted following the requested format described in the "Contact & Request Expectations" section may be declined. Please respect me and my time and contact me only once you have completed the commission form with the requested format.

Feminine & androgynous characters, original characters, fanart, soft R-18 (lingerie, pin-up, etc.), kemonomimi, light gore (some blood ok!)

Masculine & heavily muscular characters, genitalia (nipples ok!), sex, mecha, heavy gore, vore, furry, hate art

Personal circumstances

I complete commissions on a first come first served basis. If you would like your commission to be prioritized over my other pre-existing commissions, please include that in your request. There is a fee that will be assessed depending on my current workload as well as the size of your commission.

If there will be any delays in the completion of your commission, I will let you know directly, or will make a post on my social media.

A 10% discount on your commission may be assessed for prompt communication and if a clear initial request is submitted.

You can expect updates on your commission typically on a weekly basis after your sketch has been started. If you would like updates at a higher frequency, please let me know. Updates will generally be sent with higher frequency for priority commissions.

Sketches will be completed in a batch. Depending on the size of the batch, major changes/redraws will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Excessive redraws or changes will be subject to additional fees. Minor changes, such as including small details, are allowed.

Lineart & full coloring will be completed on a single emote (or two for larger batches/first time customers) of your choosing before lineart & coloring will be completed on the rest of the batch. Any color or lineart style tweaks must be requested at this point. I will reach out during this stage if I have any questions about color choices.

I will send a screenshot of the full batch once completed, and any final minor tweaks or changes must be made at this point. I will (generally) not make any changes to the artwork after you have provided confirmation during this stage, unless it is of my own volition. If full payment has not yet been received, it is expected at this step.
